Shipments are available for Spain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, , Republic, Czech, Romania, Sweden and Ukraine.
The delivery time will depend on the products and the province to which the shipment will be made, and in any case begins to count since www.MuebleDesign.com receives the amount of the order. These promotions do not concern the returns of shipments for retraction that are never the responsibility of the sales company. The return costs in case of withdrawal are always the responsibility of the retracting customer.
The supplier undertakes to deliver the purchase that has been made to the nearest point to your door which the transport van can access. If you want the carrier to deliver the package to the door of your apartment, you must notify them directly and bear the additional service cost. The delivery address will be the one specified on your order invoice; these conditions are applicable whenever you choose our default carrier service.
MuebleDesign undertakes to deliver the goods to the buyer's address each time he chooses our predetermined carrier service. When the buyer arranges the collection and delivery of the goods from our warehouses with a third party carrier, the delivery time and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
MuebleDesign will make all reasonable efforts to comply with the agreed delivery dates and times for the receipt of the goods at the delivery address. It is the same for the removal by the buyer or by a third party. However, when MuebleDesign cannot respect an agreed date, it will notify the buyer who will accept a new date, either, will ask for a refund in case of impossibility to respect the agreed date for the delivery to the indicated delivery address.
Deliveries are made after the payment of the amount of the order and shipping costs to the delivery address indicated. Please note that our carriers will only ship to the customer's address as long as it is easily accessible.

1.PAYMENT WITH REDSYS VIRTUAL CREDIT CARD OF DEBIT.
We use the STRIPE platform for card payment which guarantees the confidentiality of the data transfer. MuebleDesign will suspend any delivery of the goods in case of delay or non-effectiveness of a payment 7 days after the creation of the order until this total payment is received.
This part deals with the outstanding rights of buyers and among them: the right of return in case of delivery of defective goods.
1- Return of defective products
Any defective or non-conforming item found by our services entitles the customer to return the said article.
Small differences can exist on our items, because the colors can be perceived differently from the reality according to the screens that we use, the brightness, the contrast and other conditions outside our site.
In case of doubt, we invite you to check the accuracy of the images taking into account with our technical department. Our team is ready to enlighten you on these questions. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer for technical reasons of this type.
All our items have a warranty period of 2 years from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects, with the exception of our Outlet range or products delivered for professional use which benefit from a 1 year warranty to from the receipt of the product by the consumer. Damage caused by the consumer or damage resulting from the use of the merchandise due to the natural passage of time, inclement weather are excluded from guarantees. The warranty replaces the item as many times as necessary at zero cost. However, when MuebleDesign is no longer able to offer the item due to stock or manufacturing defect, MuebleDesign will offer a refund of the present value of the item in question within the specified time period.
The buyer has the right to retract the 14 following receipt of the order without having to justify his decision to return the order.
For this withdrawal to be accepted, the customer must notify our services by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before the deadline of 14 days (for more information refer to the paragraph reserved for withdrawal).

MuebleDesign will not be held responsible for damage to the products when unpacking the package with a knife or any other tool that is not suitable for removing the packaging protections and items. All our products are extremely well protected. In accepting delivery, buyers should be careful when opening the package.
Note: We advise you to always use appropriate tools to open your packages.
When the customer does not show up after 2 delivery attempts to the address indicated on the order, the order will be immediately returned to MuebleDesign warehouses.
We remind our customers that the carrier will notify its passage to the customer by leaving a notice with indications of the next delivery attempt in relation to opening hours.
The customer can request delivery to a relay point by sending the request by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
When an order has not been delivered by our transport agency for any reason without notifying MuebleDesign, the order will return to our facilities and the same conditions referred to in the preceding paragraph will apply. At the time of the validation of the order, the purchaser will have to verify the address of delivery in order to avoid the address of delivery to the wrong address. In case of reshipment due to a bad, the customer will bear the costs of forwarding.
There is an additional charge payable by the customer for deliveries with difficult access (stairs or difficult to access roads). To avoid any delivery problem, MuebleDesign will consult the transport agency beforehand to know the possibility of delivery. 1- Defective packaging
In the case of a receipt of parcels with a defective packaging which at first sight would not have affected the articles, it is recommended to the buyer to accept the delivery. The customer must keep the package by indicating on the delivery note "subject to unpacking" and send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org
MuebleDesign will make a complaint to the carrier.
In the case of the buyer rejects the delivery without being the reason mentioned above and without notifying our service, the customer will be responsible for any loss of the order and the economic consequences that this rejection will cause.
2- Defective items:
It is the duty of each customer to inspect the goods as soon as they are received at the delivery address indicated on the order.
If there is an obviously noticeable impact on the delivery (defective, non-compliant or incomplete delivery) the customer must notify the delivery note "package damaged / subject to verification".
In case the carrier does not provide a delivery order, the buyer must contact us by e-mail email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of the order beyond, it will not be accepted by MuebleDesign.
If delivery is made to a third party, the customer will have a maximum of 72 hours to make a claim on the incidence found and comply with the above procedure.
In any case, images of the packages must be sent upstream to firstname.lastname@example.org with the request for return. The Service will determine whether the return is accepted or not depending on the condition of the packages.
The buyer must prepare the return of damaged or defective goods that will be collected and returned by our carrier to our facilities. The latter will go to the delivery address of the customer.
Merchandise deemed defective or non-conforming will be replaced by a new one with the same characteristics. This replacement will be processed as soon as possible from the date the customer informs the supplier of the defect. However, we reserve the right to offer a refund or compensation. Any defect will be replaced without charge by the customer and delivered within the time limit according to the stock of the moment and to the delivery address indicated on the order.
MuebleDesign will examine the goods and determine if the fault is the fault of the buyer, the logistics agency or the supplier. In the event that the defect is caused by the buyer, MuebleDesign reserves the right to refuse the processing of the request. When the returned goods are damaged due to the actions of the buyer, the latter is held responsible and will have to bear the costs of repairing these damages.
MuebleDesign reserves the right to reject any incidence when the item is not returned with the original packaging, open, unlabeled, in poor condition, assembled or used. The same applies when the return request is sent after the 24 hours following receipt of the goods.
The buyer has the right of withdrawal of 14 working days to return the product, following the instructions given by the service and contacting him by email email@example.com. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

For the right of withdrawal to be accepted the goods must imperatively be returned in its original packaging and instructions and mounting accessories.
It must not have been used, or have suffered deterioration as minimal as it is and be in a state of perfect cleanliness.
We will make the refund using the same payment method that the customer used to place the order. The reimbursement period is 30 working days maximum from the date of receipt of the withdrawal request. In any case, the buyer will voluntarily return the order to his own without having previously agreed with our Service.
The retraction will be refused when the product has been expressly made to measure or with a custom color or a special upholstery for the customer.
The costs of returning the products will be borne by the customer. The decrease in the value of the products and packages due to the different handling, the characteristics and the operation of these, are the sole responsibility of the customer who will reward MuebleDesign for damages.
If the return cannot be accepted due to non-compliance with the conditions indicated by MuebleDesign, the customer will not be entitled to the refund of the amounts corresponding to the returned products.
In this case, the customer may request the return of the product not accepted within 24/72 hours, assuming in this case that he will bear the new costs of forwarding. If the customer rejects this possibility, MuebleDesign reserves the right to keep the products concerned and the amount that corresponds to them.
Orders that have already been processed or sent by MuebleDesign cannot be canceled and must be delivered to the delivery address that the buyer initially indicated in the order. Before shipping the order by the company, we offer our customers the possibility to cancel their orders. To pass this delay the cancellation will become unenforceable. The Customer himself must contact our services email@example.com to signify this cancellation, by email this to avoid any cancellation by a third person, and allow to respond to the request as quickly as possible. Any expenditure made by the supplier will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, in any case.
We will refund the entire order within 30 working days maximum.
The product change cannot be requested if the order is already out of our warehouses or in transit. The change of article is accepted when the order is in preparation or when delivered to the address indicated by the customer. This change can only be requested with another product not indicated in the invoice.
In any case, the buyer will have to contact firstname.lastname@example.org. All costs related to the return for change will be the responsibility of the buyer. He will be informed of how to proceed for the return of items but also the payment of the difference in the amount of items.
MuebleDesign will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages or any other damages, except those provided for by law, when the buyer operates as a consumer. In case of damage suffered by the buyer of any of the terms and conditions of this law, the repair of said damage will be limited to the price of the goods and in no case will exceed them.
The delay or non-execution of obligations resulting from events not controllable by MuebleDesign such as acts of war, pandemics, epidemics or other general diseasesaccidents, fires, strikes, lockouts, lack of communication, delays or customs retention of goods, including computer or telecommunications systems, breakdowns of machinery or shortages or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, cannot be held liable. MuebleDesign will always have the right to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and executed in accordance with Spanish law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
For any legal dispute in relation to the non-application of the terms of sale, both parties will have to resort to the courts of La Seu d'Urgell, relinquishing their own courts.
